Saturday, December 1 - Saturday of the Thirty-Fourth Week in Ordinary Time Revelations 22:1-7; Psalm 95:1-2, 3-7; Luke 21:34-36 Alexander Guy ‘19 Lamb of God “...The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. They will look upon his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. Night will be no more, nor will they need light from lamp or sun, for the Lord God shall give them light, and they shall reign forever and ever.” Revelations 22: 3-4 Throughout the New Testaments, Jesus is referred to as the “Lamb of God”, the sacrifice to save all of humanity. As the season of Advent is about to begin, we anxiously await the coming and celebration of Jesus Christ. We take time out of our lives today to reflect on how the “Lamb of God” has changed our lives and our dependence upon him in our faith, and how he will continue to guide our lives both on earth and in heaven.
